It’s hard to believe that we are only three and a half years in to this incredible journey with Trophy Pet Foods. Following becoming very disillusioned with traditional employment, Jen and I reached the decision that we need to do “something” about it. That something became a yearlong search for a suitable option and at last Trophy!
So after starting with 4 existing mail order customers, (which includes us and Matt’s mum!), we now have a very large customer base, two vans, a unit and two part time staff. Needless to say we are delighted and very proud to part of this fantastic network. The business is still growing and we are in a very fortune position where most of new business comes from referrals and we are always very grateful to our kind and loyal customers for this backing and support.
Trophy Pet Foods stood out as our number one option. We were very impressed with the pedigree within Trophy and their past and current performance. Whilst it was clear that the franchisors’ business was being run as a serious concern, it was also as clear that ethos of the owners created an environment for new business to achieve their own goals. Hard work is a message new franchisees will continuously hear from head office. The last key ingredient is adherence to Trophy’s “system”. This can be summed up as 25 odd years of refined best practice that you can rely on to help you achieve your results. Follow the system, it works...
