As a PrideStaff franchise holder, you will receive extensive training on our proprietary sales, marketing and operating procedures. Typically, our most successful franchisees have backgrounds in sales, operations or human resources. The PrideStaff leadership team and home office staff will be there to support you before, during and long after your grand opening. Through a combination of onsite training, teleconferences, one-on-one coaching, our corporate intranet, and national meetings, you'll receive the support you need to thrive in your local market.
