About Us CLIX was set into motion in 1999 with a concept to change the face of portrait photography. After five years of developing and refining our unique approach and growing to seven locations, we knew that the CLIX™ business model was ready for a national launch. In 2004, we refined the CLIX™ franchise support system and our studio look and feel, combining them with the image and attitude that sets CLIX™ apart from other portrait studios. With 40+ years of photography, sales, marketing, retail and training, we’re ready to fully support our Franchisees. CLIX Studios Our retail environments are fun. Stuffiness is out, happiness is in. At Clix, customers are the stars. A typical Clix consumer ranges from infants and children to high school senior portrait photography and grandparents. We even photograph pets! Our franchisees are trained how to capture and highlight all of our clients' personalities. We never charge per person (or pet), so group shots, which lead to group sales, are popular with customers and lucrative for our franchisees. CLIX On-Location Events CLIX franchisees receive a protected territory for on-location, special event photo shoots. CLIX will train you how to establish strong working relationships with dance studios, day-care centers, primary schools, high schools, fraternal organizations, charitable functions, local governments, universities, recreational centers and sports programs, so that you'll be on top of their mind when it comes to memory-making opportunities. CLIX Digital Design Center We can't take every picture, but with the CLIX Digital Design Center, we can make every picture better. Developed for assisted or easy, self-guided use, your customers will be able to print 4 x 6 inch prints and enlargements along with retouching, and the ability to add custom photo effects to any picture. In the Clix Digital Design Center your customers can produce Digital Photo Scrapbooks, Video Scrapbooks and Photo Collages; creating one-of-a-kind digital and print images. Our foot-traffic inspiring, do-it-yourself center is definitely a crowd-pleaser Training and Support Not a photographer? Not a problem! We’re looking for people with personality, people with a passion to help others and a strong drive to succeed. If you’ve got these ingredients, CLIX can supply the rest. We will teach you and your team how to professionally preserve moments and memories for people with digital photography and our unique and proven training system. Photography experience on your part is not required. Our CLIX system and training can have you and your team shooting professional quality portraits in no time. The training will include: Initial training 2 weeks plus additional 2 weeks training in your market during pre-opening and grand opening. Your CLIX franchise team will continue to be there to support you, one-on-one, through CLIX University and National Conventions as your business grows.
