National Home Buyers Assistance (NHBA) is a franchised real estate investment business with proprietary systems, methodologies, and strategic partnerships unavailable to the general public. Through our franchise system, we offer our individual franchise owners and regional developers unparalleled purchasing power, and a structured system of working with clients within the framework of a well thought-out and proven lease to own program.
The NHBA business model is a conservative way to invest in single family real estate under varying market conditions. By design, our franchisees are providing a means for qualified people to sensibly achieve home ownership through a non-predatory, pro-active program. Conversion of Homes
Regardless of whether your client’s credit score has improved over the twelve month lease period, if they have made all of their public payments on time within that year, they will qualify for an FHA loan through PrimeLending. We are in the process of creating a guardian, or touch program, that will contact our clients monthly to help ensure they are staying on track with their monthly payments. Currently, we are at a 90% conversion, in which our clients complete the purchase of their home. Our emphasis in moving forward is to continue to increase our conversion rates. Third Party Escrow Service
An authorized third party escrow service handles and maintains all payment transactions including lease payment collections and mortgage debt payments on behalf of the franchisee. The amount of positive cash flow is then paid to the franchisee monthly. This creates a record of client transactions while limiting the paperwork and potential headaches for the franchisee. Training and Support
You do not need prior real estate experience or licenses to operate a successful NHBA franchise. We will provide you with the business training and systems you will need to operate your business. Prior to starting your NHBA business, you will attend our five day training program at the historical Manor House in Littleton, CO. During training, you will learn the larger aspects of running your business from initial marketing, business basics, the information and knowledge needed to address your client’s needs, methodology of purchasing and converting homes, and the other nuances of running your business. You will also be taught the full spectrum of the use of the NHBA system to maximize your results. You will be provided with an operations manual and CD that will enable you to put to practice what you have learned.
Our franchisee conference, held annually, provides the ability for all of our franchisees to share innovative ideas and their experiences, as well as gain invaluable updates and training on new programs and alliances formed through NHBA corporate in response to changes and upgrades in the business. Newsletters provide up to date information monthly, and the support staff at corporate is always available to address any questions.

Marketing
As part of the NHBA family, you will participate in an integrated national advertising campaign supplemented with your local advertising initiative. Brochures, contracts, forms and advertisements are provided to help promote your business. Through the back end of our website, accessible only to our franchisees, business stationary and customizable brochures can be ordered, and existing radio, television, and other print medias can be downloaded and tailored to your market.
