The beginnings of Apartment Pro's® was an attempt of the founder, Dirk Bichsel, to pay his way through Graduate School in 1992. The business grew and created a lifestyle that was liberating. A retired doctor told Dirk that he worked his whole life to have the lifestyle of freedom that he had today. At the beginning of a new millennium, Apartment Pro's® launches its franchise moving system.

Apartment Pro’s Package:

1. Use of our federally protected professional name and logo.
2. Confidential Operations Manual containing successful marketing and business advice.
3. Apartment Pro's® Customer Satisfaction Card Program.

5. One year paid membership in your Chamber of Commerce and Business Network International (business referral groups).
6. Marketing packets with ads for your local phone book, door fliers, and a wide variety of other marketing materials and strategies.
7. Access to the Apartment Pro's® "Club House" (members only) web page.
8. Precision Van Lines® Option: Once your Apartment Pro's® Franchise is up and running successfully you have a tremendous opportunity to start a Precision Van Lines® Franchise (PVL).

Training and Support

All candidates for their degree start off at the apprentice level and progress towards receiving their MD (Moving Doctorate) via the Apartment Pro's® graduate school. Each candidate will participate in hands-on training that will simulate the real-world experiences as an Apartment Pro's® franchise owner. The training received will be as comprehensive as possible. Upon completing Apartment Pro's® Graduate School, candidates will receive the title of Moving Doctor (MD) and then their local practice can commence.
