Through our experience owning and operating Jody Maroni’s Sausage Kingdom locations for over 25 years and as a franchisor for the last 5 years, we know our business and have developed the systems, materials and personnel to provide effective support to our franchisees.

Location, location...

There is one universal truth: location, location, location! Location is paramount to success, for our business or any other. While the franchisee is responsible for finding the site, Jody Maroni’s provides support in the process. We provide a process for and assist you in reviewing sites, analyzing demographics and making the final selection.

Store Development:

Jody Maroni’s has established architectural and design standards that create attractive and efficient store environments. We provide assistance in selecting an architect and contractor. We will work with you throughout the construction process to ensure that procedures are followed and standards are met.

Training:

Franchisees and store managers attend a comprehensive two week training program in Los Angeles. The program includes training in all levels of store operations, financial procedures, the sausage manufacturing processes, local store marketing, customer service and staff hiring, training and human resource practices. We additionally support you at your location for in-store training at the opening of your Jody Maroni’s Sausage Kingdom.

Field Support:

We provide technical field support on a regular and ongoing basis to review and make recommendations to your business operations and help you maintain the high standards of quality and uniformity that helps maintain Jody Maroni’s as a quality brand. Our Mystery Shopping service offers valuable feedback and provides you with the perspective of how your customers view your operation.

Training: Training will take place in the Los Angeles area including field training at local stores and classroom training at the Jody Maroni's Support Center. Training is approximately one week and consists of six 9-hour days. We also provide on-site support for five days just prior to and after opening the new location.
