Franchisee Support
Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip is proud of the excellent support systems available to our franchisees. There is support before and after your open your Café. Customers deserve to have a positive experience each and every visit, so it is important to us that the franchisee has the tools to provide such.
Manuals – One set of Confidential Operations Manuals will be provided. The manuals cover a full range of topics important to running your business successfully.
Site Selection – Our written site selection guidelines and the site selection assistance we deem advisable.
Café plans and specifications – We will assist you with floor plans for your specific location. All design plans and specifications should follow in accordance with the Franchise Agreement.
Training – Our hands on - extensive 12-day program takes place in Frisco, TX.
On-site Assistance – On-site pre-opening and post-opening assistance at the Café in accordance with provisions of Franchise Agreement.
On–site Evaluations – Visits to the Café and evaluations of the products sold and services rendered will be conducted from time to time by franchisor.
Continuing Education – You will receive periodic emails and voicemails to educate you on running a successful Café.
