Don Pan International Bakery® Master Franchise Opportunity:

This "recipe for success" is now available to single unit, area developers, and master franchisor investors. Master Franchisees will have the opportunity to build a minimum of 8-units in their territory. The Master Franchisee will be required to set-up one commissary location (prototype store). This commissary unit can then service multiple satellite locations. It is from the additional franchisee locations that the Master Franchisee can then collect and share in the royalties and franchise fees of the satellite locations.

Don Pan International Bakery® offers a financial incentive for those franchisees looking to invest in a multi-unit purchase. Don Pan International Bakery® offers a discounted franchise fee on every unit purchase after the initial single-unit. On a three-pack deal a franchise fee discount will apply to units two and three. On a Master Franchise the franchise fee discount will apply to units two and above. Don Pan International Bakery® will then offer Interest Free Financing on the discounted franchise fees, with half the discounted franchise fees due at signing.
