Extensive Training Geared Toward Your Success
Ur cell phone franchisees attend and successfully complete a training program provided by WIRELESS TOYZ. Training includes in-store training, and on-site support in your store. Franchise owners only pay the costs of transportation, lodging and meals. We provide unlimited training to your staff at our locations.
In addition to your initial training period, a Franchise Field Consultant will work with you during your first week of operation.
Ongoing Support and Documentation
The WIRELESS TOYZ operations manual to help you with day-to-day operations, field support from a dedicated franchise representative, ongoing purchasing assistance, financial controls, technical assistance, and guidance on all promotional, operational, and business challenges. Advertising Assistance
We do not currently charge a national ad fee. When we determine to advertise nationally, each store will contribute up to $5 per activation towards the national advertising fund. Each store is required to spend over 5% of sales on local advertising. Some ad costs may be deferred by Co-op funds. The Technological Edge
A web based Point of Sale system is licensed to each franchise store to manage inventory, track carrier commissions, maintain customer information, accounting, purchase orders and generate reports. This system is backed up centrally and is easy to learn. Financial
