As founders of Carpet Network, Lenny and Christine learned this simple truth while helping their customers make good decisions for their homes back in the late 1980's. At that time they owned a very successful floor covering store. They began to notice how difficult it was for their customers to select just the right color… things looked so different in the store lighting! It was hard enough making time to travel to the store for one trip, much less another to try to reselect.
Enter, an old fashioned idea that became new again. Home visits! They decided that they would take the store to their customers! It would be a "traveling floor and window store"! They would make appointments when the customer were ready, not just when their store was open. They could give each individual customer the time and attention that their project deserved. This course is held at "Carpet Network College" in Mount Laurel, NJ, and provides you with our decades of experience in the carpet, flooring and window treatment industries. After completion, you will follow our supervised plan to ensure a smooth start to your business. Additional training is provided as your business grows and as new product lines are added.
