• Swedish Massage—a gentle, relaxing massage • Pressure Point Therapy—for specific conditions for injuries • Sports Massage—focusing on muscle groups relevant to a particular sport • Deep Tissue Massage—releases the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas • Chair Massage—administered while the client is clothed and seated in a specially designed chair, these massages usually last between 15 and 30 minutes and enhance relaxation and circulation • Other Massages—including specialized back massages, migraine-relieving massages, reflexology, maternity and infant massage
