Fitness:
Proprietary, six-level adjustable hydraulic equipment that challenges any woman regardless of her fitness goals. Designed by women, safe for women. It makes a big difference!
Precor? Stretch Trainer Equipment is used to make sure that each member completes the necessary stretching program prior and after their 30-minute workout.
Fun fitness extras, such as Pilates and Yoga classes and other accessories supplement the 30-minute workout experience Liberty Fitness Club locations.
All franchise owners/managers are ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainers. Personal certified trainers support each member to help them reach their fitness goals.
Each Club is approximately 2,000 - 2,500 feet, which is larger than most competitors, creating an inviting atmosphere that allows plentiful space for fitness extras while others use the circuit training equipment.

Nutrition:
Liberty Fitness is the only woman’s fitness franchise company with it’s own online Health and Nutrition Diet Club. The Liberty Fitness Diet Club site is designed to bring harmony and balance to a woman’s life. The site tracks a member’s individual diet and provides nutritional support by a registered dietician 24 hours a day. Meal plans and calorie trackers are all designed around the woman’s 30-minute fitness workout. The customer can log-on daily from the Liberty Fitness Club, home or at the office.

Wellness:
Liberty Fitness Health Clubs offer a “spa-like” approach to ensure that each customer can get the extra pampering they deserve. Each franchisee can offer their members the Sunlight Solo Far-Infrared Personal Sauna treatment, Hydro Massage Bed treatment, or provide Massage Services to help generate more revenue for their Club. The Liberty Fitness business model is built on offering these types of additional revenue opportunities.
