Pro-Cuts was first franchised in 1984 in Fort Worth, Texas, by a family of professional barbers and cosmetologists. Today, there are more than 200 Pro-Cuts shops located throughout the country.

Training and Support
Training is #1 with Regis. You are taught customer service, employee relations, sales tracking and just about every aspect of the business that can help with your success. And, training doesn't stop when you open your doors. We'll keep you current on operations and business procedures as long as you own your franchise.
How does my staff get trained? Technical consultants, artistic directors and vendor experts will frequently visit your location to present the latest hair techniques. We also offer in-salon workshops and an extensive library of educational DVDs. To help improve management skills and promote a positive salon environment, we hold ongoing training programs for store managers.
What do I need to know about the hair care industry? Absolutely nothing. In fact, it is rare that a franchisee has any hair care experience at all. We would much prefer your management experience and people skills.
We will assist in site selection. We work with the top names in real estate so you can be assured of identifying quality sites in the market you choose.
The Regis construction division has developed a total design and décor package proven to work. We will work with you to ensure your salon is nothing short of "perfect" before opening.
Our marketing staff is made up of experts who know how to attract customers and keep them there. They have designed a grand opening package that works.
