 After a successful career in the automotive industry, Ian Beasleigh was searching for a new challenge. He found what he was looking for in the Just Shutters franchise; a friendly professional business with a respected brand, exceptional product and proven track record.
“I was looking for a complete change, which a Plantation Shutter franchise most certainly was! The numbers stacked up on the Just Shutters business model and I liked Chris and Helen’s approach to business. The initial investment is excellent value for money, and I am aiming at generating the projected £175,000 turnover in Year 1. So far everything is going really well with orders coming in from week 1. I am pleased I invested in starting my Reading and Thames Valley Just Shutters business.”
Most recently Ian was the General Manager of a multi-dealership site in Reading. He built his career as an accountant within the motor industry working with some well known brands along the way, initially Ford and Honda, then moving into Jaguar, Aston Martin, Land Rover, and Lamborghini.

Ian works from his home office, uses his garage for storage of stock and is otherwise out and about his local area in his Just Shutters van. Being around home and structuring work around his lifestyle means he sees more of his family.
Ian loves nothing better than to have a kick-about with his sons, aged 18, 16, and 11. He enjoys football and golf, walking the dog and tending to the families chickens!
Ian’s goals are to pay off the mortgage, spend more time with the family and feel in control of his future. Ian enjoys dealing with people and Just Shutters gives him the opportunity to provide the best brand in the market where customers really appreciate the quality of the product and service.
