The reason I joined Icon was because there appeared to be a very structured and proven system in place as well as a good team spirit within the company. Now that I've completed my Core training I can honestly say Icon have exceeded my expectations on both counts.

I've met the team on 2-3 occasion's now and have found them to be helpful friendly with an overwhelm desire to see everyone who joins Icon succeed.

Why I joined.

I was looking for a franchise that would combine the things I did best and enjoyed most - business analysis, management, problem solving and developing others.

I researched the Business advisor / coaching market extensively and went into due diligence with the two major players.

ICON impressed me with the central team, the helpfulness and capability of their advisors and the level of initial and ongoing support they provided to their franchisees from within the team and from the centre.

First impressions.

Pre-training and core training were excellent.

Very competent trainers who had not only "been there and done it", but were still working with clients and could bring the benefit of real, current experience to support the theory.

Having run businesses from a £600k turnover to £100 million over the last 30 years, I was amazed at the amount of new techniques and skills that I learnt and am now putting into practice.

The monthly regional meeting have also been tremendously useful in terms of refresher training and sharing of real situations and experience.

The value of the team and central support have exceeded my expectations.
