Press release date: 27-Mar-2007 Scenic Blue, the UK’s leading garden design and construction franchise has up weighted its management David Muir joins the company in the newly created role of Marketing Manager. Muir, who brings in excess of 18 years marketing experience to the team, was formerly with Baker Tilly, the accountants and business advisors. Muir’s previous employment includes working as an independent Marketing and PR consultant, servicing clients such as Eagle Star Insurance and City of Westminster, and providing marketing support to a wide range of environmental initiatives with some of Britain’s leading blue chip companies. Muir’s new position will encompass the origination of tailor made marketing programmes to the Scenic Blue franchise network, in addition to delivering strategic counsel and hands on support to further develop the Scenic Blue brand at a national level. Phil Gaffer is the company’s new Franchise Recruitment Manager. Gaffer has worked in the franchise environment for seven years and was instrumental in the launch and ongoing management of the Globalink franchise network.
