Doug Bugie to increase his consultancy activity with Antal International and iworklife

Antal International the executive recruitment firm with 52 offices in 24 countries primarily concentrating on mid to senior level recruitment and recruitment process outsourcing and Intelligent WorkLife Ltd, a new offering with a goal of helping men and women achieve a proper work life balance and own and build a recruitment business, have announced an increased consultancy agreement with respected recruitment guru Doug Bugie.

Iworklife's franchise offering, primarily men and women who have cut their careers short to raise and support a family or have other outside commitments making normal career options difficult, has had a successful start in the UK and Antal is arguably the fastest growing and most internationally widespread company in individual mid to senior level placement in the world and is emerging as a player in the RPO field as well. Bugie spearheaded the building of Humana International, a franchise essentially in the same businesses and subsequently sold this business to the parent of MRI, the CDI Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed business specialising in technical staffing which in fact is the world's largest technical staffing firm. Subsequently, Bugie served as an main board member at BNB Recruitment Solutions plc and as CEO of one if it's subsidiaries, Norman Broadbent. Bugie serves as consultant to a variety of executive and mid management search and recruitment organisations in America, Europe and Asia.
