Mr Valentine has a number of years in the Staffing Solutions business dealing purely with in-house recruitment solutions for clients. After finishing a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources specialising in Organisational Change Management he went on to manage in-house staffing solutions within the Banking and Telecommunications before shifting into the Construction Industry. He also has large-scale recruitment software implementation and project management experience, involving recruitment agency supply chain management and recruitment process change management. "Our clients among others are beginning to see the importance of attracting the best staff available in the market on a global scale. RPO is a proven way of accessing these candidates while creating cost effective recruitment process."
