Recent articles within the Recruitment & HR industry have commented on the shortage of good candidates within the marketplace. According to latest findings from the Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI), produced by Cranfield School of Management, it is quoted that 82% of employers will have difficulty in fulfilling their recruitment needs.

This means that more employers will be turning to respected recruitment companies such as Antal International to assist with their requirements.

The war for talent exists amongst recruitment companies too and Antal continually strives to stay one step ahead. Another success story: over the past month one of our UK franchise owners Liz Dillon, has been working closely with one of our Milan consultants, Massimiliano Pesare for roles based in Paris. Liz has been managing the client, and Massimiliano has been actively sourcing the candidates. Due to their current success the client has handed them more assignments to work on.
