The franchise territory covers the Manchester and Stockport areas.
 
As this is a home based business it would be an advantage for the franchisee to live in or near to the area.
Expansion potential:You will be granted your own exclusive territory with the potential to develop a successful and sustainable business. Each area will have around 400,000 households providing considerable scope to earn a lucrative income in an exciting and environmentally friendly market. Your success, however, will be directly related to the effort and commitment you put in to running the business although it is EnviroVent’s policy to encourage and support you to ensure the long term development of your franchise. Competition / Market:There is currently no franchised competition in the market.
 
Although there are companies supplying similar equipment none of them are franchised and none, except EnviroVent, offer a complete supply and installation package. Government targets to reduce carbon emissions and their commitment to improving the nation’s health ensure that there is a growing demand for EnviroVent’s products and services from a domestic market that is largely untapped.

A standard 5 year initial franchise agreement will be granted with the option to renew, on the then current agreement, for a further five years.

Support & training:

EnviroVent has developed a comprehensive and unrivalled training program for their franchisees, ensuring that from the outset they are both confident and competent to operate the franchise successfully. Your initial training at Head Office is for five days and will include full product knowledge, technical training, marketing and administration of the business. The training will give you the skills to develop a profitable customer network and to deliver high quality customer service, so ensuring you start your business with confidence.

EnviroVent will then provide a further five days training either in the field or at Head Office and will also assist you plan and implement your initial marketing campaign. In addition there will be ongoing support and training available from the experienced management team who will work closely with you throughout your time as a franchisee. The team are always available to guide and mentor you.
