The Challenge

Ology is a leading coaching organisation, operating across four continents. Like all franchisors it needs to differentiate its franchise opportunity and build trust with prospective franchisees.

The Solution

Like 21 other franchisors to date, Ology participated in the inaugural Franchise Satisfaction Benchmark. Described as "painless" and "extremely well managed" by Ology Director, Dave Pike, its coaches were invited to complete an anonymous online survey about their franchise ownership experience.

The Result

79% of these completed the survey, with almost 9 in 10 saying they would recommend the license to others. Ology plan to use their results to boost their franchise recruitment marketing and share their independent report with prospective franchisees to demonstrate how they deliver on their promises.
