Daily tasks in running the franchise...

A Rainbow cleaning franchisee will have full time administrative support from day one allowing him/her to pursue the organisational and promotional aspects of the business. Technical staff are usually recruited within the early months and steadily the franchise grows and develops. We want our franchisees to end up working on their business, not necessarily in it.

Training & Support...

All training is to accredited and certified standards and is ongoing following a three week induction course carried out at HO. All franchisees employees are trained FOC by the company. Field training and development is carried out by an experienced team of Support Managers dedicated to the cleaning franchisees personal and business growth.
