As a Franchisee, what would I do Day-to-Day?

Your day to day role will include;

Building your client base by contacting and developing relations with businesses with executive level positions.
Attending client meetings.
Working with clients to design a brief of their executive recruitment requirements.
Matching ideal candidates from the Executive Online database with these requirements.
Interview and shortlist candidates on behalf of the client.
Coordinate Candidate Interviews.
Prepare Contracts.
Monitor Interim Placements with your client.

* To get you started we will provide you with some high quality leads to help initiate your activity.

Is Training and Support Provided?

Absolutely! You will receive:

1 week of initial training.
Additional support by phone and visits with our franchise support staff.
Access to our growing, global talent bank of over 10,000 candidates,
IT infrastructure (CRM, recruitment project management and e-mail).
Optional back-office support in the form of invoicing, collections assistance, and contracts preparation.
