The Really Awesome Coffee Franchise opportunity revolves around our unique coffee vans which have been developed to sell gourmet espresso coffees and speciality hot drinks as well as chilled & hot food, complimentary snacks and confectionery.

Our proven business model is based on a Monday to Friday working week serving fresh coffees and quality food items at agreed times to local businesses, with the option of significant additional income available from weekend work at events and functions.

With no fixed premises (and the associated costs and restrictions) this business is truly mobile, providing you with massive flexibility and the ability to take your café to the customers... wherever they are!

The Coffee Van – what makes our mobile cafés so unique

We have 2 unique coffee vans to choose from – our Volkswagen Transporter Mobile Café and the slightly smaller Volkswagen Caddy Maxi conversion.

Both have been developed to be as cost efficient and user friendly as possible with all the functionality you would expect (full details on our website) as well as a number of unique features including:

Training and Support

4-week initial training and business launch program

Backed up by our comprehensive Business Development & Operations Manual our 4-week initial training and business set-up program will get you off to a flying start and covers everything you need to know to successfully operate and continue to develop your new business.

You will spend 1 week training with us in Coventry and then we’ll spend 3 weeks working with you in your area to launch your business and establish your daily coffee round.

The initial training program incorporates:

We are of course also here on the telephone to provide ongoing guidance and support with all areas of your business as and when you need us.

Stay in Control with our Touch Screen Till System

As any of us who have watched an episode of Dragon’s Den will know, to run a successful business it is imperative to know your figures.  Our Touch Screen EPoS System not only acts as an electronic cash till but also records all your sales data and creates detailed historical trading reports that break down sales and profit figures for your individual coffee stops - an invaluable financial & business planning tool.

Protected Customer Lists & No Area Restrictions

Your Really Awesome Coffee Franchise is a completely mobile business - we do not restrict our Franchise Partner’s trading and earning opportunities to small geographic areas. You are free to trade and generate business wherever you see fit, including travelling for weekend events.

Your regular customer list, however, is protected and the only rule governing trade within the network is that we work as a team and franchise partners may not solicit trade from fellow franchisees customers.

Financial Information – how much will it cost to get started?

A Really Awesome Coffee Franchise costs £9,995 + VAT and includes your full business start-up pack with everything you need to get started as well as our comprehensive 4-week training and business set-up program.  You will also require a Really Awesome Coffee Van with finance available over 3, 4 or 5 year terms (subject to approval) and usually requiring a deposit of roughly £3000+VAT.

Our ongoing Management Services Fee is refreshingly low and is a fixed monthly fee based on the profit made on the sale of one large cappuccino per day.

There is also an EPoS software license cost that directly relates to the number of transactions you process and typically amounts to £3 - £5 per week.
