We are so confident about our model that if you don’t earn back the franchise for sale fee in your first year of trading then we will refund you the difference.

Training and support

The SureLet training course is held at our franchising head office in Gloucester. The initial training can last between a fortnight and one month, depending on which route you decide to take and it can be taken in one go, or can be taken on in stages – it’s your choice.

You will also benefit from ongoing support from a close network of franchisees and franchising staff. During the early stages our staff will work closely with you to ensure the process is smooth and efficient and it doesn’t stop there, each franchisee has a dedicated area manager for help with ongoing marketing, achieving targets and building local business relations.

Franchise Package only £9,500 + VAT and includes:

• We ensure that all of our franchisees have a large area to trade in, with exclusive rights to their territory.
