We will teach you how to train your team members and when properly trained you will have motivated staff who will provide your customers with a reliable and guaranteed home cleaning service.

This initial training is a comprehensive 10 day programme which includes both classroom and on the job training. You will work closely with the Merry Maids franchise development team to learn methods in recruiting and managing staff, sales and marketing, as well covering all the procedures and systems necessary to operate your franchise.
