The Franchise Package

The Investment: The total cost of the Franchise is £68,500 + VAT and we offer different routes into the business depending on what capital you have available:

• Full Equity – You buy the Franchise outright for £68,500 and own it from day one
• Snap-on Financed – Capital required £13,000, we finance the rest on an interest baring loan
• Consigned Franchise – Capital required £20,000, we finance the rest on an interest-free loan
• Employed – You start as an employed Sales Representative on a salary for 11 months (maximum) to enable you to build the capital required to flip to a consigned Franchisee.  Very limited spaces available, invitation only.
  

The Training: We will fly you to our dedicated training school in Dallas and teach you everything you will need to know about running a Snap-on Franchise. You will learn: Product Knowledge, Salesmanship, Credit Selling, Customer Service, Collection Skills, Business Administration, Computer Training.

You will then come into our Head Quarters to tour the facility, meet some of the staff and collect your own mobile store.

Unrivalled Support: Snap-on Franchisees are assigned to a Franchise Performance Team who have clearly defined roles in order to offer the best support system.

As a new Franchisee you will work with a Franchise Developer for the first 12 months you are in business. They will start by coming out with you for 17 days in the fist five weeks, starting with 5 days, then easing you off to 4-3-3-2 to make sure you are really comfortable running your business. They will then work with with you for the duration of your first twelve months developing your business and ensuring you maximise all your opportunities.

After your first year a Sales Developer will then work with you for your duration as a Snap-on franchisee. Their role is to help you develop your sales, ensuring you can maximise your profit potential.

You will then meet with your Franchise Performance Team and the other Franchisees they look after on a monthly basis to see new promotions and products and exchange ideas.
