You don’t need any formal coaching experience or qualifications but you will have worked with teams to get great results whether that be through sport, business or perhaps the military. ActionCOACH – the training

Our Business Coach training programme is designed to educate you on creating a healthy business model for your own business, as well as providing you with the tools to analyse, develop and improve upon all types of existing businesses, from sole traders and SMEs to larger businesses.

You will use your training, business knowledge and skills to help business owners focus on their business. You’ll also be their sounding board, confidant, mentor, coach and consultant.

You’ll have access to over 3,500 strategies and tactics to assist in doing this, along with templates, processes and systems for the weekly coaching.

Plus, our support team are available to you with hands on support in acquiring new clients in your local market.

The total investment to buy an ActionCOACH practise franchise is £41,000 + VAT.

ActionCOACH franchises are available as a single practice owner including the right to take on 2 additional licensed Action coaches, so you can build your own team and treble your business’s capacity to deliver our profitable products and services, on the back of your own initial success.
