Training and support

Full training in all the practical, sales and financial aspects are undertaken at the Express Worldwide Support Centre in Greater Manchester, where you will meet and make valuable contact with the team of support staff and other franchisees.  The training programme also embraces marketing, administration, accounting, carrier relations and staff recruitment and management.  Hands on experience of the sales environment will also be part of that initial training.
