Daily Tasks in running a franchise...

A franchise has two distinctive operations – Direct selling of the membership and Account management (trading). The daily tasks would vary depending on which side of the operation your focus is, however the broad tasks would include:-

Recruiting and retaining a team of 3 field sales people.
Conducting some field sales appointments with your sales people to maintain skills.
Manage a team of 1 account manager in the office for each 120 members your brokerage manages.
Organise and run bi-monthly networking events and twice yearly trade shows for your members.
Create a positive atmosphere and instil a ‘can do’ attitude in your team.

Support and Training Provided...

The franchisor conducts initial broker training which is residential for one week and then arms length training. Also provided by the franchisor are administrator training, sales training and Trade Co-ordinator training.

A national training conference is organised twice yearly by the franchisor plus an international conference for qualifying sales personnel.
