Login Help
If you are having trouble logging in using your username and password, please check the following which may help to resolve the problems you are experiencing:-
- If you have logged into Select Your Franchise Associate Admin recently, it is always best to ensure you close any open browser windows and start up a new one. Then go to:- http://www.selectyourfranchise.com/associates/
This ensures the server starts a new session for your log in. Otherwise you may get a session expired notice as a result of a previously registered session.
- Username and password are case sensitive so if you don't seem to be able to log in, check your CAPS-LOCK isn't on by mistake.
- You can always use the username/password reminder on the login page to retrieve your correct username/password combination. You will need to use the initial email address that was used to set up your account and you will receive the reminder to that email address within a few minutes.
- Check that the privacy settings on your browser are not set too high. Our site needs to set a session cookie on your computer for you to gain access. For Internet Explorer you can check your privacy setting from the Tools > Options menu then select the Privacy tab. Ensure the slider is set to Medium High or lower.
