The business coaching franchisee works with business owners to teach them how to increase their profits whilst systematising their business so that they work fewer hours. As a coach, rather than a consultant this involves working 1 - on - 1 with the business owner, over the course of 12 months. In return for 1 hour per week of personalised coaching, clients pay a minimum of £1000 per month.
