MAACO owners can come from all walks of life - marketing executives, airline pilots, military, teachers, management, football players, doctors, lawyers, architects, engineers, human resources, and more. Few had any prior automotive experience. What they all did have in common, however, was the dream to own their own business and the willingness to work hard.

Training

You will receive 4 weeks of intensive management training at MAACO Headquarters, 3 weeks of on-the-job training for both you and your employees, and ongoing operations support.
